Just love this Big Barda close up. It's a work of art. I would like to know your process in the scanning. Do you scan at 300%? At what resolution? A huge fan of your blogs!
Josué, I scan at 100% and set my resolution to whatever will produce an image in the 10-13 MB range (which becomes a 1-2 MB jpg file). DPI usually ends up being 1000-2500, based on the size of the area I'm scanning. I rarely pay attention to actual "inches" of my files, because the internet doesn't care, and I almost never print any of them out.
By now I shouldn't be surprised when I see a striking Kirby Barda, but I still am. This lone image is wonderful.
